Sophie is a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She has vast experience in sport and worked as the soft tissue therapist for the England women’s senior football team (Current european champions), travelling with them when they have their international matches and with the team who reached World Cup semi final in 2019. She has also worked as soft tissue therapy for the first team at Crystal Palace Football Club. Sophie is the lead soft tissue therapist at the clinic and works closely with Andrew Buckley, implementing the rehabilitation exercise, pilates and program design. Away from work, she enjoys running and competing in triathlons.
